This project will allow the Book-It Repertory Theatre performers to travel to our school and turn literature into a theatrical performance. The book each student will read, prior to the performance, is Wordy Birdie. This story of learning to listen to and respect the opinions of others is sure to get kids talking. And the great thing is, this project will benefit the entire school! There will be a whole school assembly with time for questions and comments at the end of the performance. The themes of the book include listening, friendship, and community. Thank you for your support!
