My students are in Kindergarten through Fifth grade. They are vibrant, exciting, happy children who are eager to learn. Like many schools today we do have some students who need extra support. I pride myself on finding new and interesting ways to engage those students, and help them learn, while having fun. Our school has a wide variety of student needs. We have students with language barriers, learning disabilities, developmental disabilities as well as having students who need to be challenged beyond the standard curriculum. I would like to use the interactive board, which allows freedom for the student to take control of the learning experience. In order to use this technology effectively, I need to have my projector mounted and sound equipment added to my classroom. I am always searching for new ways to engage all of my students and give them all of the support that they need to be successful musicians.
