My students look forward to coming to school every day. They are welcomed with open arms and know that I have their best interest at heart. They are proud of the accomplishments they make, as I nurture their love of learning and encourage their efforts. Though I have provided a warm and loving environment for my students to flourish, safety has become an issue with our ancient desks. Last year two desks needed to be removed from the room after breaking, and I fear others are not far behind! With the new collaborative desks, my students will be afforded a safe and motivating environment in which to learn.
