Hello! I am a second year Kindergarten teacher in Chicago Public Schools. I teach an (energetic!) class of 28 students, predominantly from low-income households.
My classroom is a diverse melting pot of English Language Learners, with students representing 15 different home languages (!) including 4 refugee students. As a teacher in a high-need area, I am eager to provide my young students with rich learning experiences and resources that can help establish a strong foundation that will prepare them for future academic success.
Thank you for taking the time to read about my classroom and consider donating towards my latest project!
