Our ICT Kindergarten students are a diverse group of learners. My co-teacher, Ms. Natasha and I look for various ways to provide our students with lessons and strategies to meet their diverse needs. Our students love to participate in hands-on experiences, and the use of technology is one way we can help all of our students excel as mathematicians. Both our students with IEPs, and those without, can and will be able to achieve success with the proper resources.
Our students will use these laptops during our math center time to access various math programs such as ZEARN and Prodigy. With the use of laptops, our students can work with partners or alone to learn, practice and build upon already mastered math skills. We believe this will help all of our students develop a love of math and confidence in themselves as mathematicians.
