Do you remember how much a special teacher loved you? I truly love teaching! My school is an absolutely wonderful place to learn and grow, but it is in an extremely impoverished urban school district. My students are mostly Hispanic and Latino students who are working hard to learn "instructional" English while becoming good readers and writers. Combine them with a traditional bunch of American students and you get a melting pot of learners that make every day exciting! Please check out my Donors Choose projects. If you like them please "share" our project requests with your Facebook friends and email contacts. Your donation to my projects will ensure that I am able to provide interesting, engaging lessons to ensure that every child learns how to read and problem solve.
