Being an effective speaker is a life skill these students will carry with them through their entire lives. Not only is it a desired class on a college transcript, it is a skill that teaches them to have the confidence they need to make a positive impact in our world. If my students had more of the tools they desire to work towards making themselves better at debating and speech delivering, they would feel more like achieving their goal of growing their club could and will happen. Many leaders in our country have participated in this engaging and exciting craft! These students have dreams of becoming lawyers, politicians, and even mechanics, but they all realize the importance of being able to vocalize yourself effectively and intelligently.

About my class
