Hello! My name is Heather and I am an elementary band teacher from Rochester, NY. I will be starting my 14th year of teaching in the fall! Lakeshore Elementary is a Title 1 school where every student receives free breakfast and lunch. Playing an instrument is already an expensive activity but it includes many extra costs such as reeds, swabs, valve oil, music stands, lesson books, sheet music, general maintenance and repair, etc. My students are truly amazing and work hard together to create beautiful music! I would appreciate any help in supplying our classroom with the materials we desperately need. Thank you for supporting the arts!
