Using seat sacks in our classroom will increase the overall efficiency and productivity of our kindergarten students. It will also reduce transition time, increase work time, and increase time for brain breaks.
In our classroom, we would like to eliminate distractions and unproductive transition time. Passing out books and materials at the start of every subject is a waste of precious time. With seat sacks, students will be able to keep unfinished work at their seats, along with notebooks, folders, and book baggies. Every minute spent with a book is helpful for kindergarten students as they embark on reading and the seat sacks will allow students to read at their seats much more often. Our students will be more independent and productive with seat sacks.
