I teach approximately 130 (on average) very awesome kids each year. We don't prefer textbooks and worksheets ... we like to DO science. We prefer discovery and inquiry because it prepares us for life beyond school so we actively search for ways to broaden those skill sets. Our classes sometimes can get loud and a bit chaotic but as long as learning is taking place I'm fine with that.
