My students come from a very diverse background. The school has an incredible staff who are always trying to find new ideas to meet the needs of the students. Many students struggle with sitting at a desk all day. Most students work much better when they are up and around. Unfortunately due to the class sizes of over 30, it can be challenging to have the students up and around in the classroom. Many times it can be a safety issue because of the size of the room vs. the class size. Having an outlet for the students that need to move would be extremely beneficial for the class.
