My students need many items, including eight GIA Metal Stools, a portable Panda Washer and Dryer, iron and ironing board to improve their current daily living and vocational skills classroom. With these items they are one step closer to self-care and independence. Thank you for visiting my page dedicated for the further development of our functional daily living and social skills space within our high school. The intent of this space is to give our young adult students the tools needed so that they can acquire the skills needed to care for themselves and to participate in the world around them.
Building this functional skills classroom is imperative for my students' ability to operate in and their access to, to today's post-secondary opportunities, workforce and world! Our hope is to foster confidence, knowledge, and independence for our students with Autism. Thanks again!
