I am a Support Facilitator at a Title I middle school in Deltona, Florida. I work with students with special needs as well as general education students, providing support inside and outside the classroom. My goal is to help all students reach their fullest potential by giving them the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to learn.
Each day, I collaborate with teachers to adapt lessons, provide accommodations, and assist students individually or in small groups. My students are diverse in their abilities and learning styles but share a strong desire to succeed. Many face challenges beyond academics, yet they come to school eager to learn and grow. I am committed to helping them overcome obstacles, build independence, and discover their strengths so they can thrive in and beyond the classroom.
