I consider my classroom to be a community where each and every person who steps foot into our door has a responsibility. I have a wide variety of learners that range from those with special needs and those who are considered Talented and Gifted. We truly are a blended class with students who represent different cultures and economical structures. With all of our differences combined, differentiation becomes vital to ensure each student is getting what he/she needs from their learning experience. I expect my students to not just be thinkers, but doers who take on challenges and take risks when given the opportunity.
