My philosophy as a teacher is to not only teach children content but to create great humans. This project is a complete series of books that demonstrate a particular social, emotional, or behavioral skill that would greatly enhance my social-emotional curriculum. These books are written so children can relate to, talk about, and then mirror the actions of the characters in the books.
They give students a common experience to learn about and then be able to improve upon so they can make our classroom community the best it can be and have students become the best version of themselves they can be.
