Our student led news broadcast sets the tone for our school day. Fifth grade students audition, work on public speaking skills and leadership as anchors and techs. We will use an IPAD and green screen technology to update and transform our morning news. WCHT is broadcasted live in over thirty classrooms. Our student anchors research the weather to share, lead the school in reciting the pledge, share important daily announcements, display and encourage our positive behavior model. Our techs are behind the scene leaders. They run the camera, timer, and support the producers by helping to successfully support the technology needs.
