My kids are always reading. They are eager to read, hungry for knowledge, and curious to expand their understanding of the world around them.
When you enter our classroom, you may see students writing creatively on laptops, constructing arguments about current events, or reading works of fiction and poetry.
In our sixth grade classroom, curiosity and enthusiasm are just as important as quiet contemplation. So when you walk in, be prepared for any level of discussion, whether it be loud and passionate or quietly insightful. In our classroom, we each play a role and contribute in our own ways.
