Six and seven year olds still love to move and expecting them to sit still all day long is not reasonable. Giving them a chance to use seats that allow movement and wiggles without disrupting learning is vital. They will be able to practice making good choices for their learning by choosing a seat option right for them to help support how they learn. They will also practice sharing and problem solving since not every student will be able to have the same seat. The magnetic blocks will be used as a great small group activity and practice building and problem solving.
