STEM education is very important as the job market gets more and more competitive. Students need to be engaged in learning activities that will allow them to become more interested in lifelong learning. We need remote transmitters and 3 in 1 Inductrix control units, brushed motors, battery packs and chargers to allow the students to fully experience STEM education in our classroom. These resources will provide our students the opportunity to build their own drones.
Students gain valuable experience and become prepared for STEM careers in the future by working with 3-D Printing and Drones. This project will give students the opportunity to learn more about both as well as using computer programs to design their own drone and print it. Students will get to see and make connections between the different areas of science, technology, engineering, and math.
After the students have designed and printed their projects, it is important for them to see how their projects can function. Unfortunately, the items used to complete the projects are expensive. If my students are able to access these resources, their learning experience will be greatly enhanced.
