To my students, my classroom is a place to meet up, to have lunch, to do homework, to play video games, to have club meetings, to borrow supplies, and most of all, to feel safe and included. Doesn't matter where they come from or what they bring with them, there's always a place for them and always enough for them to use. Because all they should focus on is doing their best at school.
