Please help my Transitional Kindergarten (TK) class learn safely and effectively at school! We are working extra hard to prepare our schools for social distancing measures. Sitting separately and more at a distance will be new in our age range, but it doesn't have to be inconvenient! The desks I have listed will play an essential role in providing all kiddos the space they need to be safe, well-spaced, and comfortable scholars.
Transitional kindergarten is the youngest grade in the elementary school system - this is the year they learn to love school! I typically have students rotate their seating throughout the day with the various activities we do. Materials and classroom seating have a communal factor to it - and that's why we need your help! Our school is doing all that we can to follow state, county, and district guidelines in ensuring the best possible environment for students during this difficult time. It is a very big change for us in TK, as we suddenly need to learn that sharing is not always caring. These age-appropriate desks will play a major role in establishing a safe environment conducive to learning and play.
Thank you for your contribution and helping my students have a wonderful first-year school experience!
