My students live in a primarily low income diverse area and most are learning English as a second language and/or are non-verbal. Our school is a Tile 1 school that benefits from the free- and reduced lunch program and promotes community involvement.
As a ATPE teacher, it is my goal to promote a lifelong love for learning in my special education students while incorporating sensory and S.T.E.M.
The students in my special education class can benefit hands-on from sensory and S.T.E.M supplies, activities, and bins to help them build character, explore, ignite creativity and confidence.
I Thank you for your support!
