My school is in a very diverse community. I have many students in my classroom who speak a second language. The students that I have in my classroom come from a low income home who receive free breakfast and lunch daily. They are wonderful students who are eager to learn how to read and write in English. The majority of my students do not have access to a computer or Internet at home. Furthermore, many of their parents are not able to help them at home because they are not literate in English, so they receive very little support at home. They just need the resources to be able to learn and grow.
