Technology is here to stay, whether we love it or not. Like most kids, my students love technology. Unfortunately, we are not equipped with the necessary technological tools that are needed to advance in today's society. My students really enjoy math and science; we would use the tablets to access various math games and scientific investigations. Additionally, due to the various learning challenges in my classroom, tablets would help with differentiation of classroom assignments. As I prepare my students for the real world, I hope for the opportunity to allow them to use practical technological tools to explore the world outside of our nook in Decatur.
