I teach 7th and 8th graders in a very diverse middle school. My courses are Family and Consumer Science and Principles of Hospitality and Tourism. My campus is very old, and currently overcrowded. My classroom is separate from the main building. Guiding and teaching these young people is serious business for all the staff, but it's also fun.
