I have 5 wonderful students with autism. My class is part of the Delaware Autism Program and they are working very hard to integrate with typical peers. In order for this to be possible, they need to learn how to play appropriately with toys, verbalize their wants and needs and learn how to interact with peers rather then play by themselves.
