Howdy! I am a kindergarten teacher in Austin Texas. I have been a teacher since 1995 and have been witness to the changing times in early childhood education. I love working with younger learners and I strive hard to maintain a positive relationship with their families. I believe that teaching young children is a partnership between teachers and parents. I guarantee parents in my class that I treat their child as my own. I also tell them that kindergarten is a big milestone in a child's life --- so whether they like it or not, I will forever be part of their child's life! My fantasies include dinner discussions of future presidents, scientists and Nobel prize winners that include the words "I remember my kindergarten teacher......., she is the reason I am here now!" But for now, I am focused on giving my students the best educational experience ever!
Now, everyone say "Wooooooooooooo!"
