My students are high achieving and formally identified gifted and talented students at an International Baccalaureate school in the heart of a large, diverse, metropolitan area. They are passionate, motivated, students who love to read! They are the kids who always have a book in their hands, take a book to the playground for recess, and often use books to help them process their emotions and situations in the world. They have devoured hundreds of books in the school and public libraries. Often, they have difficulty finding books that connect with them. I am regularly asked by my students and parents for book recommendations.
