The Classroom CD/Cassette Player with Bluetooth® along with the wireless headphones will allow the students to listen and follow along as someone reads a story. The wireless headphones are in a set of 4 and the extra will allow more students to be engaged at the same time. The table for the listening center is needed to have a place for the CD/cassette player and the books the students will use to follow along. The listening center will enable the children to practice and improve the listening and reading skills necessary to meet the standards required for their grade level.
All children should have the experience of listening to others read them a story. Although I read to the children every day it's important that they hear someone else too. Many of the students do not have someone at home to read to them, therefore, a listening center is a great resource.
