My students have been working diligently on their reading stamina. We have been learning how to pick good reading spots around the room that best fit our personal needs and are comfortable. Unfortunately, there’s limited rug space so most students are sitting or laying on the floor. These cushions will not only be more comfortable for them but it will also help students build their stamina and make reading more enjoyable! Part of building our stamina is setting a goal for the day. The cheer and excitement of accomplishing their goal is priceless. This project would just help keep the momentum for the year!

About my class
