The ability to give students special rewards for all they strive to achieve, being "BIG" or small. In class there's a reward system the students came up with , as well as choosing what they would like. The rewards most requested is FOOD. As educators we spend a great portion of our own money. Being able to provide my students with items most of us think as trivial, means so much more to them. Such items like hats and gloves, even hygiene supplies would mean the world to them. As it would be given to them and they won't have to share these things with a sibling perhaps!
