This project will provide individual white boards and dry erase markers for students to use while practicing mathematical concepts. The two different sides of the white boards will allow students to practice graphing on one side and problem solving on the other. Many students do not feel comfortable sharing their work or ideas as they are afraid of making errors. Since the dry erase markers are erasable, students may be more eager to share their work. Using the white board and dry erase markers will also make their work easier to read and more visible to others. The goal is to foster a learning environment where students openly share and discuss their thinking, critiquing each other's work, and learning at higher levels.

About my class
