Hello, I am a Special Education teacher for the Richard Hungerford School in Staten Island, New York. The Hungerford School is a Special Education School in District 75. Prior to becoming a teacher I was a paraprofessional for 12 years at the same school. Working with special needs students was my motivation to becoming a teacher. I can not imagine myself doing any other job. I am an educator at heart and I love what I do.
