My students are first graders and are enthusiastic about learning, as any 6-7 year old is. They love to talk and share with me and with their friends anything they know, see and learn. We have great discussions about books, writing, math, art, and science. Our class is like other public classrooms, with monies for basic supplies but not for extras. I love science and want my students to ask questions, think through problems, and discuss solutions. This thinking process helps them in all areas of their lives.
