Visualize what learning is intended to be - children immersed in a vibrant environment with opportunities to question, explore, and problem-solve. I want to create fun-filled, thought provoking learning experiences which will pique students' curiosity and sense of wonder. I teach 30 wonderful 1st graders who come to me at a variety of levels. Your help allows me to create learning opportunities for them that meet them where they are and help them soar. This means planning and conducting science experiments, having access to a classroom library of books at different levels and topics for the children to choose from, and math activities that help them grow by leaps and bounds. It means a sparkle in their eyes when they come to school, and that you are part of laying a foundation for little ones who look forward to learning!
