Sitting still can be hard on students. I hope to create a sensory path for my Pre-K students. This path will be in the hallway where all students can jump, twirl, hop and skip with permission. This will help get some wiggles out and allow students to release some bottled up energy in a healthy way. This path will also enforce skills such as letters, numbers, colors and shapes.
All students in the school will be able to benefit from this sensory path. I will use the Cricut Explore Air 2 and accessories to cut colored vinyl into fun and engaging shapes, letters and numbers. I will then use the transfer tape to adhere the shapes, numbers, and letters onto the hallway floor as a movement path. Students will be able to use this path during transitions throughout the day as well as for brain breaks.
Thank you so much for considering donating to our sensory path.
