I am trying to supply my students with their own library. The class was completely empty besides the desk and chairs. We have nothing and even need bookshelves to store and display our books.
My district is implementing Jane Shaffer’s Weiting Strategies, so we need an abundance of blue, red, green and black ink pens to color code our writing.
I want our environment to be safe and clean. In order to provide cleanliness, we also need cleaning supplies such as wipes, tissues, and hand sanitizer.
This is a Title I school, so a majority of our students come from low income families that struggle with providing supplies. I want to have the opportunity to give to those that need it most.
