I have a small classroom with 6 students, all with big personalities. We have a highly structured busy day. The morning has a huge learning block in which we work on personal learning goals. After this students are allowed free time. One of my students enjoys fidget toys with visual effects. She sings while looking at the toy. I have 4 girls in my class. Two of the four girls enjoy playing together with colorful toys. One especially loves bubbles! We have become a family growing together in so many ways. One of my students has many sensory needs. She benefits greatly from having safe sensory toys because she tends to mouth objects. She is always smiling and looks at me with such heart warming gazes. We all enjoy learning, along with dancing and singing! I can’t wait to introduce more fun sensory toys for free time.
