Our theatre department has 4 Theatre Arts Classes, and 4 Theatre Tech classes. We produce 4 shows a year, 1 full length play, 1 childrens , a new work, and a musical. The students run every aspect of the show, from lights, costumes, sound, set design, and scenery, to creating new plays. The Miner Players supports student centered learning by offering students multiple opportunities in creation and directing of all productions. Students who complete our theatre arts and theatre tech strands enter the workforce with confidence, public speaking abilities, leadership qualities, and real world problem solving skills.
