My students are the sweetest, funniest, most creative group of 9th graders you'll ever meet. They have been such great sports this year, holding school in our temporary rented office space while we patiently await the remodel/construction of our brand new campus to be completed. They currently have no outdoor space nor common "chill" space to socialize and hang out while not in their classes. I haven't shared with them my vision for their future "coffee shop vibe" English Language Arts classroom because I can't wait to see their delight and surprise as their brand new flexible seating furniture magically appears before their eyes. If you're reading this, mahalo nui (big thanks) for considering my dream project.
Aloha, Ms. Wibberley
