We are currently working with practice drones, to get our kids used to flying with goggles and FPV (First Person View). The drones we have are meant for practice and are underpowered compared to the ones being used in competitions currently with other schools in our category.
These drones are recommended by the non-profit we are working with and will give us a chance to compete against some of the other schools who have been working towards the same goal as us.
Give the children of Waianae a chance to compete in something so new and innovative, so we can have our kids see there is more to life than just textbooks and websites.
