I have numerous students will learning disabilities and sensory issues. I would like to create a fun learning environment with flexible seating. This will allow students to work comfortably in smaller groups or individually.
My classroom has a concrete floor making it very noisy for students with sensory issues. The desk and chairs legs make a loud noise when moved, so I would like to put tennis balls on the legs to eliminate some of the noise. I would also like to add a soft rug in my library.
The rolling carts will go at each group of four desks, to help the students stay organized, eliminate playing with stuff in their desks and stay focused during the lessons.
