Our current situation to charge our Chromebooks is chaotic. The set up we have is truly not safe or practical. It is a daily struggle for my students to be able to charge their Chromebooks with out proper space and cords being painfully tangled. Students dread having to go over and struggle with the cords to be able to plug in their computer.
I have had students sitting on the floor working on their Chromebook near an outlet because there computer wasn't charged due to our lack of charging cart. It also wastes more instruction time than it should when we have to take the time to untangle and find room for their Chromebooks to charge.
We use our chromebooks every day through out every subject.
Having one-to-one technology is a true blessing, but I don't feel we can thrive with our technology unless we can maintain order and organization in our classroom.
