I would greatly appreciate getting a floor mat, a bean bag chair, and and iPad. These items will make a difference in my class because my students will have a comfortable space in the class where they can do work, or have choice time, or read a book.
Because of my students varying learning needs, the supplies that I am requesting will make their learning more engaging.
Students with Autism acquire visuals in their style of learning, with the use of an IPad I am able to modify lessons and use it as a tool for communication for my students who are non-verbal. Many of my students have a difficult time staying in their seats for long periods of time and with the use of a floor mat and a bean bag chair will give my students a option of flexible comfortable seating.
