I am proud to teach at a Knowledge is Power Program (KIPP) school. I teach students with a variety of abilities and disabilities, and I strive to meet all of their needs every day. My co-teachers and I differentiate instruction and vary how we group students throughout the day. Our class is comprised of 25 students, one-third of whom have an IEP, though many other students are identified as "at risk."
