My students are all 4 years of age. They qualify for the Great Start Readiness Preschool Program based on their parents low to extremely low income with in the federal income guidelines. Most of my students come from single parent working homes. They reside in a high crime area. Ninety-eight percent of our students at this school receive free or reduced lunch. We are a priority school and our test scores are rising each year. They reside in a community that being revitalized by local business and local government. The students and parents value education by their commitment to our school by their attendance, good behavior, and parents volunteering at the school.
