I teach 24 amazing Second Graders. Our school is a moderate poverty school in a district of "choice" - we are not simply a neighborhood school. Instead, my students come from all over our vast city, representing all socioeconomic classes, and are ethnically and culturally diverse. Some students come from single-parent families, some from multi-generational homes, and many speak English as their second language. But, the one thing they all share is the desire to learn, along with a love for fun activities!
