Dream Lake Elementary is a Title I school but you wouldn't know it from the tenacious spirits of the learners in my classroom. Each and every one of my students has a vivacious appetite for learning, engaging, and collaborating. They are continuously steadfast in their work ethic and never allow failure to be the end instead it is merely a beginning in their eyes. I work diligently to encourage, uplift, and teach them to the best of my ability each day that I am blessed to work with them. It is an absolute pleasure to call myself their teacher as they go above and beyond my expectations daily.
What my students may or may not lack in finance, status, or living situations, they certainly make up for in attitude, mindset, open hearts and minds.
