When we opened all of the new materials that YOU helped purchase, they were on the edge of excitement! I guess the thing I loved the most was hearing they tell me what they already knew to do with these great items and how to use them. Having such great materials in the classroom to show their emotions and to learn and grow will get them so much higher in their thinking skills and their social emotional skills.\r\nWe have utilized the amazing baskets around the classroom with calming materials as well as books and writing materials. The kids love them! And you will love this.... one of their favorite things in this project is the UNO GAME! I love that so much! So many skills to learning through playing this game but because it's so small and simple, it often get overlooked. \r\nWe just want to attempt to thank you again for making this project possible! Keep an eye out for our classroom in the future. One of my favorite things to do is most definitely read alouds and story times and I love having great books and matching materials so I hope to do a literacy project with some items for story telling and \r\nretelling. :) Thank you and God bless!!","fullyFundedDate":1734542323765,"projectUrl":"project/a-little-emotion-control/8767407/","projectTitle":"A Little Emotion Control","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Vicki","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7406605_orig.jpg?crop=344,344,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1598629483755","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/vickis-wilson"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_111282","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":null,"numTeachers":null,"percentFrplEligible":75,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":1,"percentWhite":76,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":17,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"US Census Data for the surrounding geographic area","gradesServed":"Not specified","studentTeacherRatio":null,"demographicsDataSource":"Census ZCTA","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"UNCLASSIFIED","ncesMetroType":null},"inStateSupporters":63.1,"schoolId":111282,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Fort Payne Head Start on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Fort Payne Head Start","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/alabama/office-of-head-start/fort-payne-3202/111282"}
