On behalf of my 4th-grade students and myself, I want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your generous support of our \"Imagination in 3D: A Collective Sculpture\" project. Thanks to your contributions, our students have embarked on a remarkable journey of creativity, collaboration, and personal growth that has truly transformed their approach to art and teamwork. \r\n\r\nThroughout this project, each student had the opportunity to take turns using the 3D pens, fostering an environment of patience and mutual support. I have witnessed an incredible evolution among my students, as they initially approached the pens with hesitation, only to gradually find their confidence and voice in their creations. It has been truly inspiring to see children who once struggled with believing in their skills flourish, channeling their ideas and imagination into tangible works of art. The excitement and pride they felt in contributing to a collective masterpiece turned into a greater sense of community, as each class embraced their designated theme while ensuring their individual pieces connected to the larger narrative. \r\n\r\nThe energy and love for this project grew so much that we decided to allow each student to create their own 3D picture, giving them the chance to express their thoughts and feelings more personally. Watching those \"aha\" moments when students recognized their potential has been a highlight of our projects this year. It also has my 3rd graders super excited about their opportunities next year. I hope you enjoy viewing the examples of their work, and I will share more as other classes complete their pieces. Thank you once again for helping me empower my students to explore their creativity and grow in ways that go beyond the classroom. Your support has made a lasting impact on their lives.","fullyFundedDate":1735320888476,"projectUrl":"project/imagination-in-3d-a-collective-sculptur/8931886/","projectTitle":"Imagination in 3D: A Collective Sculpture","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Trice-Collins","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9831208_orig.jpg?crop=2208,2208,x0,y581&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1731111319983","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/cicely-trice"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_48938","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":451,"numTeachers":30,"percentFrplEligible":78,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":28,"percentWhite":37,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":23,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 4","studentTeacherRatio":"15.0:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_SMALL"},"inStateSupporters":50.0,"schoolId":48938,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Preston & Florence Mattison Elementary School on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Preston & Florence Mattison Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/arkansas/conway-public-schools/florence-mattison-elementary-school/48938"}
